*CLICK TO READ HERE: Take Personal Inventory

For me the Book 2015 has been a very interesting one. As i expected, it finished with joy, achieved goals and aspirations. I sure became a better person, my leadership skill was more sharpened by the trainings i had received and specially as i try to impact same on blog readers, i became better of for it. I had also learnt to trust God the more and believe that God's timing differs from Man's timing
However, this does not mean, it was all rosy throughout 2015 for me, the goals i couldn't attain, i would have to restrategize so as to achieve them in 2016.

My goal in the coming year, is to enhance my strength and skills to bring profitings for me and everyone around me and and more importantly work on my weaknesses and character to become a perfect person the bible talked about....lol. Feel free to share your goals for 2016

Finally as we get set to open page 1 of page 365 of the book 2016, what lessons have you learnt in the book 2015?  I await your comment.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Child Trafficking:Full Story and Photos about Davido, Sophia his Baby mama, and Dele Momodu

Earlier today news broke out that Davido and his family were served with a petition from a court from the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking after they allegedly to travel with Davido’s daughter, Imade Adeleke. According to a report by Naij.com and jaguda.com, “After getting to the house on Baderinwa Alabi Street, Lekki Phase I, Lagos, our client’s baby was forcefully taken from her and she was thrown out of the premises with the threat that she would be decisively dealt with if she ever bothered to return there. There were armed policemen in the premises and our client’s survival instinct prevailed on her to make her leave her breast suckling baby behind, with so much pain in her heart,” the petition reads in part.

See Petition Below: December 30, 2016 The Director General National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons No. 2028 Delaba Street Wuse Zone 5 FCT, Abuja Dear Madam,   PETITION AGAINST MISS ASHLEY COCO ADELEKE & MR ADEDEJI ADELEKE FOR ATTEMPTED CHILD TRAFFICKING AND ABDUCTION OF MISS AURORA IMADE ADELEKE We act as Solicitors for Miss. Sophia Ajibola Momodu, (hereinafter referred to as our client) whose instructions we have to forward this petition to your esteemed Agency. Our client, a 27 year old, is the biological mother of a baby girl with name, Aurora Imade Adeleke, who was born on the 14th day of May 2015. The baby’s father is Mr. David Adedeji Adeleke (aka Davido). The father and mother are unmarried. On the 11th July, 2015, our client was tricked to visit the house of Mr. David Adedeji Adeleke’s half sister – Miss Ashley Coco Adeleke’s with her baby, Imade Aurora Adeleke. After getting to the house on Baderinwa Alabi Street, Lekki Phase I, Lagos, our client’s baby was forcefully taken from her and she was thrown out of the premises with the threat that she would be decisively dealt with if she ever bothered to return there. There were armed policemen in the premises and our client’s survival instinct prevailed on her to make her leave her breast suckling baby behind, with so much pain in her heart. By daybreak on the next day, our client was again at Ashley Coco Adeleke’s house to take her baby, but she was prevented by armed policemen from gaining access into the house. She was again threatened and warned never to return for the child. Since July 2015, our client, who has now become so disorientated, saddened and confused has been going to family members, including her cousin, Mr Dele Momodu, and other well meaning Nigerians to intervene and allow her get her baby back or at least allow her to be able to have access to and care for her daughter. This was frustrated by Coco Adeleke, David Adeleke and their father, Mr. Adedeji Adeleke. These people boasted to our client and all her family and friends that our client is a nonentity and of little substance in Nigeria. They also claim that they have the financial wherewithal and political and security clout to deal with her and her family anyhow and without any consequence with the aid of their brother and uncle, Senator Isiaka Adeleke, and other friends Mr Deji Adeleke purportedly has in government. In a bid to justify their actions, Mr Deji Adeleke and his daughter, Ashley Coco Adeleke, have been spreading several malicious and unfounded allegations about our client.

While the attempts at finding a peaceful and lasting solution were still ongoing, on Tuesday the 29th December 2015, Ashley Coco Adeleke and her father, Mr Deji Adeleke, tried to travel to Dubai with our client’s baby. The baby was meant to be flown out of the country with Nigerian and American passports. Prior to that date, our client and her cousin, Mr Dele Momodu, had gone to alert the immigration services at the Murtala Mohammed, Ikeja International airport of the likelihood of Ashley Coco Adeleke travelling with our client’s baby by pretending to be the Mother. Our client believes that her baby’s American passport was hidden and is now likely to be in possession of Mr Deji Adeleke or Ashley Coco Adeleke. It appears that the assistance of Emirates Airline was sought as the baby’s American passport was not produced in breach of aviation regulations. Neither was a letter of authority from the mother to confirm her consent to the trip produced despite the airline being alerted. When Mrs. Modupe Mofikoya, the immigration officer who attended to the Adeleke travelling party accosted Ashley Coco Adeleke and asked for the mother of the baby, Ashley Adeleke claimed that she was the mother. Immediately, the immigration officer on duty collected her Nigerian international passport, she quickly absconded from the scene with the baby and her father, Mr Deji Adeleke, showed up shortly afterwards to try to clear his daughter’s mess. Our client with the help of her family members, including Mr Dele Momodu, determinedly resisted the attempt by Miss Ashley Coco Adeleke and her father, Mr Deji Adeleke, from taking Aurora Imade Adeleke from Lagos yesterday. Our client believes that the pair are trying to take the child to America and thus put her out of the reach of the biological mother. At the moment, Miss Ashley Coco Adeleke and our client’s daughter, Aurora Imade Adeleke are still in Lagos and two of their respective international passports are in the custody of the airport immigration services. Our client’s fear now, is that Ashley Coco may use her Nigerian passport and Aurora Imade’s American passport to travel through other Nigerian or West African airports.

We know that the actions of Mr Deji Adeleke and Miss Ashley Coco Adeleke contravene many provisions of the law. One is Section 13 of the Childs Right Law 2007 of Lagos State (as adapted from the Federal Act), which guarantees Aurora Imade Adeleke’s right to parental care and protection. That law also forbids separation of a child from her parents. Another is Section 24 of the same law, which also prohibits abduction of a child from the lawful custody of her parents. Neither Mr Deji Adeleke or Ms Ashley Coco Adeleke has any lawful right to the custody of Aurora Imade Adeleke. Even the unmarried father, Mr David Adedeji Adeleke, only has limited rights to the child and certainly not to the exclusion of our client, the natural mother as the Adeleke’s are trying to do. We are of the sound view that your Agency is the most viable organisation that can intervene in the plight of our client and save her from the untold trauma that she is going through in the hands of Mr Deji Adeleke and Ashley Coco Adeleke, who has her own child that she keeps with her. We have advised our client about the statutory powers of your Agency to potently investigate and enforce all the provisions of the law that deal with abduction and trafficking in persons. We urge you to use your good offices to intervene in the case of our client and protect a baby who should still be under her mother’s care from being abducted and smuggled abroad. We thank you.

Yours faithfully, O.Ajayi &Co./Gbolaga Ajayi Esq

Shortly after however, Davido his up instagram and shared about 8 pages of notes where he bashed his baby mama, and claimed she was erratic, and diabolical. he also launched an attack as Dele Momodu, who is Sophie’s uncle.

Oh no…But it didn’t stop there. Dele Momodu also had his say, and confirmed Davido did try to leave the country with his daughter:

Presidential Media Chat: Buhari Answers Questions on Security,Economy and Corruption.

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, December 30, hosted his first presidential media chat since taking over on May 29, 2015.
The media chat, which was live on Channels Televison and other broadcast stations, saw the President fielding questions on a range of burning national issues from a panel of journalists.
Issues of security, the fight against corruption and the state of the economy dominated the conversation as the media panel, led by Channels TV’s Kayode Akintemi asked the President questions on efforts to defeat the Boko Haram sect, the rescue of the adopted Chibok schoolgirls, and the recent clash between soldiers and the Shiite Islamic sect.
President Buhari expressed satisfaction in the progress made by the Nigerian military, adding that the deadline given them had been largely met as the sect has been greatly reduced to suicide bombings of soft targets unlike their audacious attacks on military barracks, police posts, and government offices, taking territories in the process.
He condemned the continued use of teenage girls as suicide bombers and hinted that a ban on the use of hijab might be considered if the outfit continues to aid the suicide bombers as higher value has to be placed on the lives of Nigerians.
The President also used the platform to defend areas of the 2016 budget that have been generating criticism in the media, explaining the rationale behind allocations to each sector of the economy.
He believes he is on the right track by making infrastructure the priority. He reiterated his administration’s determination to make steady power available to Nigeria as soon as possible.
According to President Buhari, “We need steady power, railway, roads so that local industry can develop” as this is the best way to develop the economy.
Corruption
On his determination to fight corruption, President Buhari insisted that he remained committed to the mission to see that looters of Nigeria’s wealth end up in the courts.
There had been some condemnation of the anti-corruption campaign with some Nigerians alleging that the President is biased but the President insisted that prosecution can only be based on evidences as he believes in facts.
In response to insinuation that members of his cabinet might also be corrupt, he said, “I don’t think I picked anybody (as Minister) that I know will embarrass my government.
“If you have got any evidence about any of my Ministers I accept responsibility and you have the right as a Nigerian to take them to court.”
He promised that by the end of first quarter of 2016, his administration “will be kept busy informing Nigerians what progress has been made” in the fight against corruption.
The Central Bank of Nigeria’s recent ban on the use of Naira debit cards overseas also came to the fore as the panelists informed the President of Nigerians’ complaints of the hardship this has caused and the negative effects it is having on students, citizens seeking medical services and small business owners who engage in international trade.
President Buhari admitted that this new policy would indeed have some negative effects as he was also aware of some of the issues. He said that he expects the CBN to come up with some measures to reduce the hardship on Nigerians, especially those schooling or getting medical attention abroad.
The chat closed with President Buhari challenging the Nigerian media to engage in more investigative journalism as this would help the drive to change Nigeria for better.
The Presidential Media Chat has remained a major platform through which every past Nigerian president, beginning with the return of democracy in 1999, has kept Nigerians abreast of government’s activities.

PPPRA Reduces Pump Price of Petrol

The Petroleum Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) in Nigeria has announced the implementation of the revised components of the Petroleum Pricing Template for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).
In a statement by the Executive Secretary of the PPPRA, Mr Farouk Ahmed, the pump price was put at 86.50 Naira per litre, a price the agency said was in line with the prevailing market trend.
“This new price regime is with effect from January 1, 2016,” the statement read.
According to Mr Ahmed, the reversed template was approved by the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu.
The statement said that the major components of the pricing template affected by this review were Traders Margin, Lightering Expenses, Nigeria Port Authority, Jetty Throughput, Storage Charges and Bridging Fund.
Other components revised include Retailers’ Transporters and Dealers Margins.
As contained in the breakdown, the Ex-depot price of PMS shall be 77 Naira per litre while the pump price will be 86.50 Naira per litre.
The new price is a reduction of 50 Kobo from the old price of 87 Naira.

It is the second time that the government will be reducing the price of petrol since the price of crude oil dropped.
The PPPRA also advised all marketers to adhere strictly to the approved Ex-depot and pump prices, as it would, in conjunction with relevant government agencies, enforce compliance.
The oil-rich nation is currently experiencing fuel scarcity, a situation that the government said would soon come to an end, as some of the nation’s refineries have started production.                                                                               -(Source: Channelstv)

MOTIVATION: TAKE PERSONAL INVENTORY

Great mentor-Jim Rohn once remarked that "we look to the past for instructions
and we look to the future for inspiration."
As at today, it's about 3 days to go in the year 2015.
At such a time as this, certain salient thoughts come to mind.
A wise man once said that a life of improvements is a life of constant reviews.
I quite agree with that philosophy.
It is personal inventory that sponsors unusual giant strides in life
and destiny.
For you not to be stuck you must take stock!
So dear friend, how has it been so far?
How have you fared in your life pursuit ever since the whistle of 2015
was blown?
Now that the Umpire of 2015 is checking his stopwatch, what is the
score board of your destiny reading?
How many goals have you scored? Or is the match still goaless?
When we refuse to pause and reflect over what the journey has been so
far, it's very easy to expire with time.

Recently, I had to drive out to catch up with an engagement early in
the morning.
Looking at the fuel gauge of my car I noticed i needed to stop by at
the gas station to refuel.
I could have decided to keep going because of the urgency of the
meeting but would be stuck later on when the gas goes out.
Same is the case with life...
We are sometimes tempted to carry on without stopping to rethink and
reflect on our strategy so far.
It's been well said that 'until you change your approach you can't end
your reproach. '
Yes, that's so true especially at such a time as this.
History has an uncanny habit of repeating itself because man doesn't
listen to the voice of reasoning.
The probability that the tail end of this year will be far better than
the previous months is under your control.
You decide what the fate will be. Your decisions and indecisions will
determine the overall scoreboard at full time. (December 31)

So dear friend, what are you going to do differently starting from today?
What daily rituals are you going to reinforce because tney have served you well?
What new disciplines are you going to embrace?
What new strategy cum approach are you going to employ?
Who are you going to unload from your circle of friends in order to
spare your destiny ship from sinking?
Who are you bringing into your life, as a friend or a mentor?
What are you going to do to make this coming year a game changer for your life?
Humans are goals striving beings as a result of the Psycho Cybernetic
nature of our wiring.
So what new goals are you setting for these last 3 days of the year?
Think through and write it down and review it daily until it enters
your subconscious mind...
These last 3 days can be monumental and epic in terms of results.
Results are the erasers of insults, so strive to obtain new results.
Good is not an option, the best is waiting for you.
Have a great day ahead.

Compliments of the season..
Yours in flight,
Eagle.

Mind Your Desire...and this world will mind you.
With about a few days to go in 2015, can i remind you one or two
things on The power of Desires?
Desire is the elixir of our destiny.
Proverbs 23:7 readily comes to mind..."For as a man thinks in his
heart so is he..."

We live in a world of energies, a world of attraction where what you
send out determines what comes back to you.
Andrew Carnegie the great American industrialist, and the direct
mentor of Napoleon Hill once advised saying:
"Any idea that is held in the mind, that is emphasised, that is either
feared or revered will begin at once to
clothe itself in the most appropriate and convenient form available."
That is why ideas rule the world...
Once you can hold them in your mind, until, they are real to you at a
deep subconscious level they become clothed in reality.

Let's take a few practical steps...
1. Write it down or paint the picture on a paper or an electronic screen.
2. Look at it many times daily...especially in the dawn and before you
sleep at night.
By this you are impressing the image on your subconscious mind-the
seat of infinite intelligence and creative power.
3. Carry it around with you, preferably in your pocket.
This assists your goal to be your obsession.
4. Each time you read it...VISUALISE yourself in possession of that thing
5. Talk about it always...
There's an avalanche of creative power in our words...the more you
talk about what you want,
the more you set up vibrations to attract it to you. Talking about
it is a proof of your belief in its possibility.
6. Recognise that everything has a gestation period.
This is the time lag between conception and its physical
manifestation...rats take 2weeks, elephants almost 2years, man
9months.
Many choose to give up at this point because of the absence of
physical evidence....they do so too soon.
This is the law of attraction simplified, it works for anyone that
puts it to use...
You can be, have and do whatever you have always dreamt
of...
nothing is impossible to him that believes.
I am waiting for your testimonies...

Thanks for always taking out time to read my posts since the beginning
of the year.
I hope I have been of a great service to you.
Nothing gives me more joy to see lives transformed!

Yours in unlimited flight,
Eagle.

Rowland Owie, a former chief whip of the Senate has addressed President Muhammadu Buhari and urged to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, in order to reduce tension in the country, a report from Naij.com stated.
Owei asked the president to open a dialogue with those agitating for Biafran, however, he also asked Buhari to distance himself from those alleging that the IPOB is a militant group.
He urged the president to do his best to keep the nation together without alienating any group.
“I wish to remind President Muhammadu Buhari that every elected leader in Nigeria becomes a prisoner of palace jesters around him and become isolated from realities outside Aso Rock.President Buhari should open the prison door now and come out and face the reality,”Owei said.
“I urge President Buhari to release Kanu, the leader of the IPOB, now and dialogue with them. The President should not listen to palace jesters who are telling him that they are militants like Boko Haram. They are not.
“While Boko Haram leadership is not visible, the IPOB leadership is visible. Buhari should act now. A Bini parable says the king that folds his hands while his palace is burning ends up being a tenant,” he added.

Prophet T.B Joshua's Wife Shares about her Marriage in New Interview

Prophet T.B Joshua’s wife, Evelyn, wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s happy her children are doing quite well and their father “is a great man”. They’ve been together for 25 blissful years. Lately, she celebrated her 47th birthday which she said was fun.

In this interview with Sunday Sun, she reflects on her life with the man of God and concludes it’s been worth it and gives Almighty God the glory. Excerpts:

How are you today?
I’m fine…

  • I can see that you are happy and excited that your daughter, Sarah, was called to the bar today. But in a nutshell, just express your feelings.

I am very happy; it’s the desire of many parents to see their children succeed. I am happy she’s taking this step; she’s working hard towards her destiny, so it’s a great day for me and for her too.

  • Okay, do you know so many people don’t know that Prophet T.B Joshua has a wife let alone children? So, can you talk about the family?

At least you know now (laughs). I have heard that story before. Yes, I have heard that in the past but emm… it’s just one of those things. I don’t need to tell you but I think we have been together for the past 25 years now.

  • Please, tell us how you met.

Yes, I have said it before and it’s still the same. Hmmm… how do I call it? It’s just a divine arrangement. It’s a long story but anyway we met and the only surprising thing there was that, it was the day I met him that he proposed to me.

  • Wow, really? On his knees? How did he do it?

Straight forward (Laughs).

  • He said ‘I like you. I want to marry you’ just like that?

Yes, but really I was skeptical because it was strange, so, I just want to thank God that it really worked out. Like I said earlier, we have been together for the past 25 years and it’s working out fine.

  • Most people believe that pastors are not romantic. They fast and pray all the time. Is Prophet T. B Joshua romantic?

He’s a great man.

  • Great man on bed?

Hmmm… I don’t know. I wouldn’t know because no woman would love to discuss her husband to that level, but I think he’s a good man.

  • Okay, since you got married to him, what is it that you have learnt from him?

I have learnt a lot from him being a disciplined man. But I’m still learning anyway.

  • Having this type of cross-cultural marriage because I learnt you are from Delta State and he is from Ondo State, how did it happen? Did you have challenges?

In every marriage, there are always challenges. I don’t even see that as a problem because we are both Nigerians. Even when you marry from your tribe, even your hometown there will still be problems. But you know, with maturity and fear of God, you can go on.

  • Did your parents object to the union initially?

In every marriage you should expect that. That’s what keeps the marriage going. When you remember all the obstacles, you will want to make the marriage work. Honestly, you will want to do all you could to make it work. When you take a man or woman to your father’s house, you don’t expect everybody to welcome the person, but when you think of those people that say no, you will surely want to make it work.

  • When you were getting married, was he deep in religion like now?

Yes, I met him as a prophet. I told you I don’t want to go into details but I actually went to his place.

  • Okay, when you are angry, how does he calm you down? Does he buy you some nice gifts like jewelry?

I don’t know what you mean by angry.

  • That moment of tension, you know, like when church members are taking too much of his attention?

In fact, that is the first thing you have to understand. When you are married to a man of God, you have to know he’s a man of the people. So, that should be the basic thing you have to understand as wife of a prophet. There’s nothing like church members taking too much of his time, he has to do his work. I have never been angry about it and I can never be angry about it.

  • What of the other way round?

Which way?

  • When he’s angry, how do you calm him down?

When he’s angry? (Laughs). There’s no man who doesn’t get angry but he shouldn’t allow his anger to lead him into sin, you understand? When it comes to expressing it, do so and let it end there, so that is it.

  • Some people don’t understand your husband, they say he’s a mysterious man with mysterious powers, when you read such stories, how do you react?

I know it’s not true. They don’t know him, he’s not a strange man, he’s not a mysterious man; he’s just dedicated to his work. He is a man who has the fear of God in him, that is it. Those stories don’t move me at all because they don’t seem to understand him.

  • So, what is that precious gift that he has ever given you, probably on your birthday?

Not even a gift per se, but words of wisdom, and I think that is all what life is all about. You find it, ignite it and use it. That is what your heart desires.

  • Some people say his favourite food is pounded yam, is that true?

No! (Laughs). Should I tell you? Emmmm… I know he likes beans and corn, you know, the beans cooked together with corn, you know that? He can take that at least twice a week. Yoruba call it “Adalu”.

  • When he wants to go for solid food, which one does he prefer?

Yes, swallow or whatever? He takes that too but beans and corn are his favourites.

  • Mama, do you feel fulfilled marrying a prophet and having three beautiful, intelligent children, all girls?

Yes, I feel fulfilled. I don’t even know I don’t have any son because I have lots of boys around me. In this part of the world, most especially, from where I am from, people cherish male children, but my husband didn’t give me any reason to think of that.

  • You mean you are not under pressure from him or his family to have male children?

Not at all! I believe when you make that a problem, you begin to see it as a problem before you. But it’s not a problem to me at all.

  • Could you please tell us the secret behind your youthfulness, nobody will believe you have these grown-ups?

Really? You know the good thing? I will be 47 tomorrow (Thursday December 17).

  • Wow! Happy birthday in advance!

Thank you.

  • So, how are we celebrating it?

We are already celebrating.

  • How would you describe style, what is style to you?

Style is just for the one who fears God. That’s the way I see style.

  • I can see you donning some nice jewelry. Are you a jewelry freak?

Not really. You know, when time permits, I can just have them.

  • Are you comfortable in local or designer wears?

I just go with things I’m comfortable with. I don’t look for designers everywhere; I wear anything I’m comfortable with.
